ASIA MAX UTILIZES GXM TECHNOLOGY, THE GOLD STANDARD FOR SULFUR GRANULATION, AS DEVELOPED BY ENERSUL, A BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY COMPANY
Asia Max is proud to announce that in January 2024, it will employ Enersul GXM technology to offer the highest quality granulated sulfur available worldwide. Granulated sulfur is significantly cleaner, environmentally safer, and much less combustible than untreated sulfur in its lump form. This makes our sulfur safe to transport by any means and, most importantly, much safer for humans to handle and use.
Asia Max is currently constructing a sulfur granulation facility that showcases Enersul’s GXM sulfur granulation technology with a capacity of 2,400 MT of granulated sulfur per day. Enersul, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is the global leader and recognized gold standard in sulfur granulation and processing machinery.
Sulfur granulation via Enersul GXM technology is a size enlargement process in which small sulfur “seeds” are repeatedly coated with a liquid sulfur spray and cooled so that the seed increases in volume and weight until the shape of each seed is smooth, standardized, and stable. Accordingly, Asia Max’s granulated sulfur will meet and exceed sulfur granulation standards in any part of the world.
GXM SULFUR GRANULATION
To meet increasingly stringent standards imposed by both environmental considerations and customer preferences, Enersul leads the way with its new generation of its GXM sulfur granulation process.
HIGH-QUALITY GRANULATION IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN SULFUR TRANSPORTATION
Construction on Asia Max's sulfur granulation facility is underway!
Enersul equipment has already begun arriving at our facility
Two Enersul GXM machines able to granulate 2,400 MT of sulfur per day are being constructed at the Asia Max granulation facility. Construction is underway, and our first shipments of granulated sulfur will be shipped in late 2023. The facility will be fully functional early in 2024.
Asia Max will ship its granulated sulphur in polypropylene bags that protect both the environment and human health
